in which case every flag colour is required to provide a flaggy.
ie: Rd 2at Dongara is 'RED flag roster, Rd 3 at Dongara is 'GREEN' flag roster etc:

JULY 1 - RD 7. DONGARA 'BLUE'

AUGUST 12 - RD 8. GERALDTON 'RED'

AUGUST 26 - RD 9. GERALDTON 'GREEN'

SEPTEMBER 2 - RD 10. GERALDTON 'BLUE'
